3. Permitted Use of Site and Services

You agree to use the BuildClean website and services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment. Prohibited conduct includes:

6. Disclaimers and Limitations on Warranties

BuildClean's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service or consultation giving rise to the claim, or fifty euros (€50), whichever is greater.
